    "You have created your own world in which you allow the listener a 40 minute pass into the imagination of a dreamscape. Well worth the trip and thoroughly enjoyable" ~ Richard J. Parfitt (Bath Spa University MMus Songwriting feedback for album 'Shapes & Ladders'), November 2012

    "Sumita has this playful, child-like sound in her vocal...this song ['Money Tree Spider'] is a beaut, quirky and fresh...I don't think there is anyone like this in the music industry right now!" ~ Polly James (Absolute Radio Presenter), November 2012

lyrics

I was trying to find out why I felt this feeling;
I didn’t manage to give myself a logical reason.
Like a switch I flicked the fuse,
And when the lights sparked back there was nothing to prove,
And I can only conclude:

There are tiny little monsters hiding in a heart-shaped box,
When you break the lock they run wild, fighting all the time,
Filling up my mind with emotions all the time,
Screaming all around my body
Somebody please tell me why

I was hoping I could find somebody that could make them all go away;
But these awkward beasts are certainly here to stay.
It’s a pic’n’mix I can’t choose,
Every day is a gamble that I’ll win and lose
And I can only conclude:

There are tiny little monsters hiding in a heart-shaped box,
When you break the lock they run wild, fighting all the time,
Filling up my mind with emotions all the time,
Screaming all around my body
Somebody please tell me why
They’re filling up my mind with emotions all the time,
Screaming all around my body
Somebody please tell me why;
Somebody please tell me why.
